  My daughter and I had a consultation for a potential wedding cake and cupcakes here recently. The customer service was very poor for the quality of cupcakes they had. The cupcakes were amazing but the lady doing the consult brought that way down. She never showed us any pictures of cakes nor did she give us the price of the cake we were wanting. She just gave a price for all we wanted verbally then sends a different invoice later.
  The lady put it back on us stating we never asked any questions. There is more I could say but the poor service we had sums it up. Customer service is really important to me.
  Never would I recommend this place because they don't care about the customer just the money from the customer.

  They have amazing cupcakes! The gluten free ones are awesome and the kids loved the regular cupcakes as well. I just wish they offered more gluten free and dairy free options in their case.
